Remember, making a change in a bad habit such as procrastination, must not only come from your words about that habit.

You must also be conscious of what thoughts and feelings you have attached to the habit. If you feel negatively about it, then it is indeed what you will continue to attract.

You must find a way to think and feel positive about the action you are taking to change the bad habit.

Concentrating on that will bring about the change.

Remember: Like, attracts like. What you feel about something will come to fruition whether it is a negative or a positive feeling.

Focus on making your thoughts and feelings align with the positive. That is when things will change.
